I’m sharing my terrible online shopping experience to warn others. It’s been weeks, and GlassesUSA has still not sent my refund for an order I never received. They have $246.00 of my hard-earned money from a glasses order placed on 2/24, and the tracking number still shows it stuck in Atlanta, Georgia. I can't get a real response for a refund; all they keep telling me is it's in transit from a bot! I feel compelled to leave this review and try to engage with customer service because I just want my money back.
Customer: I'm calling about order #105081183. It's been over a month, and I still haven't received my glasses or my refund. The tracking hasn't updated since February 24th, saying it's stuck in Atlanta. CS Rep: I understand your frustration with the delay, and I apologize that you haven't received your order. Let me look into your order number #105081183 for you right away. Customer: This is ridiculous. I've tried contacting you multiple times, and I keep getting automated responses about it being "in transit." I just want my $246 back! CS Rep: I see here that the package is indeed delayed and appears to be lost in transit. I am very sorry for the inconvenience and the lack of a clear resolution so far. I will process a full refund for you immediately. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement. Customer: 7-10 business days? After all this wait? I really hope it actually goes through this time. This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating. We truly regret the trouble this has caused.
