They have $246.00 of my hard-earned money from a glasses order placed on 2/24, and the tracking number still shows it stuck in Atlanta, Georgia. I can't get a real response for a refund; all they keep telling me is it's in transit from a bot! I feel compelled to leave this review and try to engage with customer service because I just want my money back.

The tracking hasn't updated since February 24th, saying it's stuck in Atlanta. CS Rep: I understand your frustration with the delay, and I apologize that you haven't received your order. I've tried contacting you multiple times, and I keep getting automated responses about it being "in transit." I just want my $246 back! I will process a full refund for you immediately. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your statement. Customer: 7-10 business days? After all this wait? I really hope it actually goes through this time. This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating.
