I've ordered glasses with added warranty, but each time I've needed a replacement due to a broken frame or lens, they tell me my choice of frame is out of stock. This leads to receiving a store credit plus a small percentage, ending up with a cheaper and lighter pair than the previous. I'm so tired of dealing with this crap, plus a $30 deductible for the replacement. They haven't got one order right, all while decreasing the value of my order from $189 to around $130. It feels like a total joke and robbery due to their confusing credit system and fake discount codes. This frustration compelled me to leave this review and seek clarification from customer service.
