The proposed "solution" to their admitted BOGO error was an insult: return my perfectly good, correct style and prescription glasses just to RETURN AND REORDER them to finally get the deal. I simply wanted a credit back to my card, but apparently, "Nah that's too easy." I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with customer service, hoping to resolve their mistake and save others from this same frustration.
Customer: "I'm calling about my recent order. Your website glitched, and I couldn't apply the BOGO promo correctly. Now you're telling me I have to return my perfectly good, correct glasses just to reorder them to get the deal you messed up? This is ridiculous and incredibly unprofessional."
